Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm has won the Saudi Arabia Deal of the Year award at the Islamic Finance News 2008 Awards ceremony held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai on 3rd March 2009. This is the third successive year that our firm has received this award, having also won this in 2006 and 2007.  Besides winning this category, the Purple Island Mudarabah Sukuk which was structured and documented by Al-Jadaan and Clifford Chance LLP, was also named the Mudarabah Deal of the Year.

To cap a successful evening, the Ma’aden Phosphate Islamic Facility, where Al-Jadaan & Partners and Clifford Chance LLP jointly advised the arranger, was awarded the Project Finance Deal of the Year.
