Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm, in conjunction with Clifford Chance has advised Zain Saudi Arabia in relation to a US$ 2.5 billion Murabaha financing facility.  This is the largest Islamic financing deal of 2009 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the funds will be used to repay Zain Saudi Arabia's existing bridge financing. 
 
The Al-Jadaan & Partners team was lead by Managing Partner Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Banking & Finance partners Abdulaziz Al-Abduljabbar and Mohamed Hamra-Krouha*, with assistance from Sherroy Ong and Abdullah Al-Mosa.  The Clifford Chance team was lead by Dubai partner Peter Avery, with assistance from Cheuk Yin Cheung, Paul McViety and Ciaran Bohnacker.
