Through a long-standing co-operation agreement between our firm and Clifford Chance LLP, the worldwide resources and experience of Clifford Chance are available to us which compliments our Saudi Arabian experience. We have worked together closely for more than a decade on large-scale energy, infrastructure and project finance deals as well as on a broad range of matters including regulatory, general banking, capital markets, corporate/commercial and litigation matters.
This established working relationship is further complemented by long term secondment of lawyers between the firms, including two Clifford Chance partners who has been seconded to our firm on a long term basis.
