Dispute Resolution:

Our Dispute Resolution practice represents clients before courts and judicial committees, as well in arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

 

This practice has an excellent track record of successful representation of clients in banking, commercial, civil and intellectual property (both in enforcing intellectual property rights and defending against claims of intellectual property right infringement) in matters before the various courts including Shariah Courts, Grievances Board, the Banking Dispute Settlement Committee and the Commercial Notes Dispute Settlement Office as well as in labour disputes before The Committee for Settlement of Labour Disputes (See Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners).
